Principal
Bob’s the kind of guy who feels just as at home in a duck blind or on a trout stream as he does in the office. He’s a licensed pilot, certified diver, marathon runner, and — most importantly — a proud husband and dad to four grown kids. Hunting, fishing, camping, and a good pour of American whiskey aren’t just pastimes for him — they’re part of a life well lived outdoors.
At work, Bob runs the show as President of the company. He makes sure the wheels turn, the people are taken care of, and the clients know they’ve got a team that truly has their back. He’s big on support — for the folks he works with and the folks they serve — and believes good business starts with good relationships.
With years of experience in insurance and business operations, Bob’s the steady hand you want at the wheel. Folks know him as dependable, honest, and someone who doesn’t miss the little things.
When he’s not working, chances are he’s outside — hanging with family, working on something around the house, or lighting a fire and enjoying a cigar with the dogs nearby.
Nick Edwards
Vice President
Growing up on the ice, field, and court taught Nick lessons that still shape how he works today—anticipating the next move, communicating clearly, and showing up when it matters most. A proud lifelong fan of the St. Louis Blues, Cardinals, and CITY SC, he brings that same game-day mindset to supporting clients: focused, prepared, and ready to protect what matters most.
At Graves Insurance Group, Nick helps new clients take a close look at their coverage—much like reviewing game film. It starts by understanding the lifestyle choices that influence risk, whether that’s a growing family, full-time help at home, or unique property needs. From there, he builds a personalized insurance program tailored to each
client’s priorities and risk tolerance.
Outside the office, Nick is a devoted husband and dad of two. He and his family love spending time outdoors—exploring Missouri’s state parks, heading out to the family farm, or finding new adventures across the country.
As Vice President, Nick sees his role as more than writing policies—he’s a long-term teammate. If a claim ever arises, he and his team are right there in your corner, helping you navigate the process and ensuring the coverage in place does exactly what it was designed to do.

When she’s not helping folks protect the things that matter most, Lisa is soaking up life’s simple joys—music drifting through the house, a fire crackling in the backyard, and family gathered close. Summer weekends are often spent camping with her husband, kids, and a lively bunch of grandbabies. For Lisa, few things beat the sound of laughter around a campfire under the stars.
A proud mom to three boys, becoming “Grandma” to a crew of sweet little girls has added a new kind of fun to her life—think dress-up, tea parties, and all the sparkly moments she missed out on the first time around.

With over 23 years of experience and licenses in both Missouri and Illinois, she brings a steady hand, a deep knowledge of the insurance world, and a real passion for helping people feel confident about their coverage.

As a virtual assistant, she keeps communication flowing, makes sure clients feel heard, and takes care of the little things that help lighten the team’s load. With a strong background in customer service and a knack for organization, Rhea handles a million moving parts with grace—so nothing gets missed and everything stays on track. What she loves most is knowing her work makes someone else’s day a little easier.
